When DIP Devices approached us at KVIG Inc., they were right at the edge of something big. A small but mighty company innovating in cannabis consumption technology, they were preparing for a pivotal moment of expansion. We first connected during the HERBAN Expo—a key cultural event in the cannabis community—and that initial spark laid the foundation for a deeper partnership. Our shared values around access, innovation, and community storytelling made it clear this wouldn’t just be a gig. It would be a collaboration rooted in culture and purpose.
The project centered around a three-day Champs Tradeshow, and from the start, we knew we had to be strategic. We worked with DIP Devices to create a flexible, budget-conscious media package that respected their scale while still delivering real value. For two hours each day, we focused entirely on capturing their product in action and connecting it to their brand narrative. The rest of our time was spent capturing immersive B-roll and sourcing event footage that could support both DIP and KVIG Inc.’s broader media needs. This creative structure allowed us to offer an accessible rate without compromising on quality or story.
Over those three days, we produced three powerful deliverables that played distinct roles in DIP’s product rollout. First, a hype video designed to create energy and buzz around the new device. Second, a hybrid demo video—part hype, part instructional—walking audiences through how the device worked in a way that felt intuitive and compelling. Finally, a convention recap video pulled together all three days into one cohesive, visual narrative that captured the essence of DIP’s team, product, and community presence. These weren’t just videos. They were launch tools.
This work also came at a critical time for cannabis brands—right when platforms like Instagram and Facebook were tightening restrictions and shadow banning content. Our creative approach had to balance visibility with compliance, crafting visuals that could withstand algorithmic suppression (at the time) while still speaking directly to the community that mattered. We used format variation, abstract framing, and narrative voiceover to keep content educational, engaging, and platform-safe.
In the end, DIP Devices didn’t just walk away with footage—they walked into their next chapter. Following the Champs Tradeshow, their product launch led to new partnerships, expanded distribution, and venture capital investment that helped them grow beyond. Our visuals weren’t just part of their presence at the convention—they were key visuals that inspired growth, carrying DIP from a startup moment to a scalable future.
That’s what KVIG Inc. does. We don’t just show up to shoot—we show up to strategize, support, and scale with you. Whether you’re launching a product or building your brand’s presence, we create content that goes beyond a deliverable. We create the visuals that grow with you. DIP Devices is living proof of what that looks like in motion.
